Michal Kurlaender, associate professor in the UC Davis School of Education, was recently awarded three significant research grants:

- $400,000 Department of Education funded researcher-practitioner partnership grant with the California Community College Chancellor’s Office .
- $400,000 College Futures Foundation grant to test an intervention designed to increase faculty-student interactions with the intended goal of increasing persistence and degree completion at large broad-access universities.
